I can't remember my starting wt last Jan. I think it was pretty similar. I'm in the losing/finding the same 10 lbs crowd. NOT THIS YEAR!

40 pounds! I had gone from 280 down to 250 from Late June til December of 2005. WOund up having some health issues NOT weight related and had to give up my walking for 4.5 months! Kind of slacked with the super watchful eating but still was eating good foods. STayed the same weight. End of APril 2006 started back up in earnest and have lost from 250-210!!! Hooray!! Looking forward to another great year!
