Wow CC, that's just great. Those good choices and the scary machine are REALLY, REALLY paying off!!!

As for me, I"m down 4 pounds!! Eighteen pounds til One-derland!!! And here's a scary one, 3 more pounds til I weigh less then my overweight husband.

Great job, everyone! Unfortunately I had a 2-pound GAIN this week. I expected it, but it still sucks! It's my TOM, I was off my plan THREE days, and I missed my workout THREE days, so I'm not surprised. This is the first time I've seen the scale go up since I started this, so it's hard but I can see how it's a direct result of the choices I made this week, so I'm ok with it. I have to be, I guess!! It just motivates me to make the RIGHT choices over Christmas and to not let ANYthing get in the way of working out from now on!

I normally do my weigh ins on Saturday however I'm leaving for vacation today so I decided to do it today. I'm down one pound since Saturday which is good.

I am down 2lbs this week. I lost despite it being TOM! I was shocked! I have now lost an even 20lbs. I can't even beleive this weight is finally coming off. It is totally different when you find a plan that works for you! Not just a plan that worked for someone else! Jelly
