Consume Tea and Yogurt

Mouth health does not involve only your gums and teeth, but also your breath. To eliminate bad breath or halitosis, drink green or black tea. Tea contains compounds that help diminish stinking breath and lessen the occurrence of tooth decay. Eating yogurt with its live active cultures is also an effective aid in freshening your breath.
