All you have to do is cut sugar and flour out of your diet. I tried it, and it worked! I have lost 20 pounds in four months just by eliminating refined sugar and processed flour from my diet. I have replaced some of the empty calories I used to eat in foods, such as white bread and white rice, with more nutritious whole grains, like wheat bread and brown rice. I have found that the foods that Dr. Gott recommends in his diet book actually make me feel more satisfied and more energized throughout the day—even though I’m losing weight!

    I am 16. I am very active, loves sports. i have been skinny most my life and then one day i realized i was overweight.. Weirdest freaking thing. I am 5’6″ and 155 lbs. I could be 125 lbs.. I want to loose 30 lbs. I have been house keeping for 1 one month now and i am constantly moving and going up and down stairs. I drink lots of water and have been keeping my calories under 1500 everyday.. I dont have a scale but i dont look much different. I also go bike riding atleast once a week. I know that i can loose this weight and i just need a good healthy diet that can work.. Any suggestions?
