GREAT!!! Will make again and again! My daughter dipped them in lofat ranch dressing…while the rest of us enjoyed the natural flavor.

Really, really good! We dipped them in just a bit of low-fat ranch dressing and they were even better.

I wasn’t impressed. They had a strange flavor. The sweet potato just didn’t go with parmesan cheese or chili powder.

These were great. I thought they tasted almost like french fries, expecially the ones that were cut thinner. I dipped them in ketchup like regular fries.

YUMMY! Neither my husband nor I care for sweet potatoes in general- but I’m on a health kick and wanted to give these a shot! LOVE ‘EM!!! It makes a ton, too. I realize it said serves 4- but he and I shared them with our daughter and it was a LOT of fries. We will DEFINITELY be having these again- and soon!!

These are awesome!! We make them all the time now. It’s amazing how something so simple can taste so great!

try these with ‘old bay’ seasoning instead of chili/parmesan/black pepper. it’s EVEN better.

Sweet potatos are really hard to cut. I bake mine in the microwave first, cut them into wedges, spray with cooking spray and season with sea salt, paprika and cayenne pepper. I also eat mine with low fat ranch…YUM!
The kids love a different version…white potatos prepared the same way, coat in lite or fat free catalina dressing….paprika and cayenne optional!

It was amazing definatly got me threw my crazy fry cravings:)!!!!!!!I only cooked one sweet potao though they are so big it really does make alot.More then enough for one person and to have some left overs.I like it with ketchup and cut thin I used low fat parmesan. It was easier to cut with a large knife actually broke a handle on one of my small ones hehe.
