Yogurt Sherbet

recipe ingredients
1 cup fruit of choice (strawberries, cherries, peaches, etc)
1 medium banana
1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 cup canned crushed pineapple in juice

recipe directions
Chop fruit if necessary. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Place in a nonmetallic pan and freeze until firm. Remove mixture from pan and beat until creamy. OR prepare in an ice cream maker according to manufacturers directions.
