recipe ingredients
4 plain bagels
4 ounces light cream cheese
1 tomato, thinly sliced
1/2 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
4 thin slices red onion

recipe directions
Spread cream cheese on cut sides of bagels. Top bottom halves with tomato, cucumber and red onion. Cover with tops of bagels.

    These are very good. Even my teenage daughter will eat them–which is saying A LOT! Quick and Easy!
