3 Tbsp. finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes, not packed in oil
3 Tbsp. water
8 oz. pkg. nonfat cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup minced scallions
Bring water and tomatoes to boil in small saucepan or in microwave; simmer 2 minutes then let cool. Combine with softened cream cheese and scallions. Chill before serving. Serve with crackers, pita wedges, or vegetable slices, or use as a sandwich spread with turkey or ham.
