1/3 cup non-fat ricotta cheese
4 (8 to 10") fat-free whole-wheat flour tortillas
2 Tbs. Parmesan cheese, grated
4 Tbs. part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup no sugar added Ragu Light chunky pizza sauce
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In small bowl, combine ricotta and Parmesan cheeses; blend well. Spoon 2 tablespoons pizza sauce onto each tortilla; spread evenly to within 1/4 inch of edge. Fill top half of each tortilla with 1/4 of ricotta mixture and 1/4 of mozzarella cheese. Fold tortillas over filling, pressing edges to seal; place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
