Three Cheese Tortilla Calzones
recipe ingredients
1/3 cup non-fat ricotta cheese
4 (8 to 10″) fat-free whole-wheat flour tortillas
2 Tbs. Parmesan cheese, grated
4 Tbs. part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup no sugar added Ragu Light chunky pizza sauce
recipe directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In small bowl, combine ricotta and Parmesan cheeses; blend well. Spoon 2 tablespoons pizza sauce onto each tortilla; spread evenly to within 1/4 inch of edge. Fill top half of each tortilla with 1/4 of ricotta mixture and 1/4 of mozzarella cheese. Fold tortillas over filling, pressing edges to seal; place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Really good, and easy to make too. Think I’ll add onions next time, also some additional Italian seasonings.
I wonder how this would be with some grilled chicken chopped up and thrown in. It sounds like a great way to stifle a pizza craving; this is definitely on my to-do list!

We have tryed it and we loved how it looks. It was like heaven in my mouth. I think this is probably on a scaled from 17 to 37 a 44 it was that good. I love this website because I use to be super fat about 320 lbs, but Ive lost a ton of weight and now weigh 189 lbs. I want to thank whoever made this I truly love you.(as a friend:)
