Sunshine Smoothie

recipe ingredients
1 cup orange sherbet (or substitute frozen yogurt)
1 cup fresh strawberries, trimmed
1 1/3 cups pineapple chunks, fresh or canned in juice and drained
1 1/2 cups sparkling mineral water

recipe directions
Blend first 3 ingredients in a food processor until smooth; add mineral water until blended.

    This is one of the greatest smoothies ive ever tasted and you dont feel guilty afterwards! its east to burn at the gym, great for that sweet tooth!

    Just made this recipe for me and my kids. We all loved it! It is a great alternative to a fatty milkshake. I could drink this instead and not feel like I was missing anything.
