I recently made these for a small party I was having…they were the best thing on the appetizer table…far better than many of my regular recipes that were not low fat - and the guests loved them - I highly recommend these!!!

This was excellent, only made half to start and ran out in a blink. Family never had a clue they were low-fat. Definitely a keeper!! Thanks

my friend and I are on WW and prepared these for a party we attended. We were able to enjoy the party, eat healthy and still stay on program. No one knew they were a healthy appetizer!

My husband ate most at our party, he said he honestly liked them and wasn’t just trying to make me feel good. I ate two, another guy ate a couple, but I ended up throwing the rest away. They didn’t do it for me. :( Well, I didn’t have all of the bacon called for so, maybe that would have helped because the mouthful of cream cheese and spinach wasn’t fun.

I have been dieing to try these, and today I finally made them. They are absolutely YUMMY! Well worth the wait, and I will be making them again! The mushrooms themselves were kind of watery, but I added a pinch of salt to the cream cheese spread, so that could have something to do with it, but I still love these!
