1 quart fresh strawberries, hulled and halved or quartered
1 1/2 cups nonfat sour cream
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons Amaretto liqueur
recipe directions
Combine sour cream, brown sugar and liqueur. Fold in strawberries. Serve in dessert bowls.
