Spinach Salad with Apples and Gorgonzola Cheese

recipe ingredients
3 ounces fresh baby spinach leaves
2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
1 small apple, cored and diced
2 Tbsp. crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese
2 Tbsp. Light Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

recipe directions
Toss spinach with dressing to coat well, and place on a large plate. Combine chopped apple, walnuts, and crumbled cheese, and add mixture to top of salad.

    I love this recipe, I make it a lot when I eat salads. I usually use the Spring Mix instead of the baby spinach leaves.
