recipe ingredients
1 lb. Sole fillets
1/4 cup Dry white wine
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. Lemon juice
1 tsp. Capers drained
1/2 tsp. Caraway seeds
1/8 tsp. White Pepper

recipe directions
Spray 9×9 baking dish with non-stick cookinq spray. Place fish in dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.

    Both my husband and i loved the flavour of this piquant sauce! Thanks for sharing will defo have again soon.

    Great taste and easy to make. Could be used on any fish. The sauce is a bit runny, but thickener would just add to the calorie count.
