This recipe was easy and tastey. the only complaint I had was that the chicken dried out a bit.

This is one of the best chicken recipes I have had in a crock pot. I make it often.

Perhaps quickly searing the chicken for a minute or two on each side over high heat before slow cooking would help retain the moisture in the chicken.

Very good. Chicken was tender and very tasty.

This recipe is kick-butt “I can’t believe it’s only three points” da bomb! My slow cooker isn’t wide enough so I put the ingredients in a glass baking pan, covered it with foil, roasted it for 1 hour and 30 minutes in a preheated 250 oven and then turned up the temp to 350 for 30 minutes. The onions carmelized with the slow baking and the chicken remained juicy despite all the time it baked.
