This was simply fabulous. I couldn’t find the wild rice and mushroom flavored rice so I just used the original wild rice mix and added sliced mushrooms to it. My husband is very picky about the low fat foods that I prepare. He loved this! This would be a great dish for company too!

This recipe is AWSOME. It’s easy (especially if you purchase deveined shrimp and it’s VERY GOOD!

This recipe was AWESOME! You get a large portion and I used regular wild rice mix and added fresh mushrooms and popcorn shrimp. My family loved it and it was so easy.

This is amazing. I can’t believe something so simple good be so great. I only made one change. Seeing as I hate peppers, of any colour, added in some waterchestnuts, freash mushrooms and scallops to make up for it. I think with this type of recipe you could pretty much add whatever you want and it would still me superb.

ok, maybe I’m an idiot…but is there a number of servings listed somewhere?

Yes, Tricia, look in the gray bar that is just above the nutrition information. The number of servings is in red text.

    Hope that helps!
