Sensational Chicken Noodle Soup

3 1/2 cups SwansonŽ Chicken Broth
Generous dash pepper
1 medium carrot, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
1/2 cup uncooked medium egg noodles
1 cup cubed cooked chicken
recipe directions
MIX broth, pepper, carrot and celery in saucepan. Heat to a boil.
STIR in noodles and chicken. Cook over medium heat 10 min. or until noodles are done.

This is by far the best and easiest chicken noodle soup I have ever tasted. I have made it many times and passed the recipe on to others who also love it. I do add a few green onions, though. To me, soup isn’t soup without onions and the green onions keep it mild.
This soup lacked the rich flavor of cooking the chicken without the bones.
I love this chicken soup recipe. I usually make it on Sunday evening and eat it throughout the week for lunch. I also add onion and I have used canned chicken instead of cubed.
