This was pretty good, if you have leftovers dice them up and use for chicken fajitas the next day, they tasted great.

Quick, easy, and tasty! Sometimes I cheat when making lunch for work. I cook just the chicken in my George Foreman grill, then put it in a container and top it with the salsa and parmesan cheese. Then I pop it in the microwave at work, yumm!

I make this in the crockpot as well. Just put your chx in there, fresh or frozen, and pour a jar of your favorite salsa on them and let them go. By the time you are home from work they are done!

Usually I will make some rice and veggies to go along with it.
