3 nectarines, peeled and de-stoned
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
2 Tbsp grenadine
Place the nectarines and bananas into a blender along with the yogurt and whisk it all together until it has a good consistency. Next, fill the glasses a quarter with crushed ice, and pour over the grenadine. Top the glass up the rest of the way with the smoothie mixture, and enjoy.
