10 cups apple cider
12 oz raspberries, fresh or frozen

recipe directions
Combine berries and cider in a large saucepan and simmer about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and strain berries from the cider (discard berries) Taste cider and add artificial sweetener, if necessary. Serve warm or chilled.
