2 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk powder
2 Tbsp. honey
1 cup vanilla flavored nonfat sugar free yogurt (120 calories per cup)
8 oz can pineapple chunks packed in juice (do not drain)
4 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients except ice in blender and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes, one at a time, until crushed and of milk shake consistency.
