1 can (15 ounces) Bartlett pears, finely diced
1/2 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped chives
1 cup (4 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
In bowl combine pears, walnuts and chives. Stir in blue cheese. Serve as a dip with crackers or toasted pita bread triangles.
Makes 16 servings of about 2 tablespoons each.
