2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 tbsp. cold water
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. torn fresh mint leaves
3 large ripe peaches, peeled and pitted, cut into wedges
4 ripe red plums, pitted, sliced in wedges off pits
Combine lime juice, water, sugar and mint leaves in serving bowl. Stir with wooden spoon to dissolve sugar and muddle mint leaves with syrup. Cut peaches and plums right into bowl to catch any juices. Gently fold until blended. Cover and let stand at room temperature until ready to serve.
