Oven Fried Sweet Potatoes

recipe ingredients
4 medium sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon salt

recipe directions
Place potatoes in bowl of water and let stand for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a non stick cooking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside. Drain potatoes in colander. Spread on paper towels and pat dry. Put potatoes in large bowl. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients and toss gently. Arrange on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Turn potatoes and bake another 20 minutes or until golden brown, turning sheet halfway through each cycle to brown evenly.

    This recipe is so good, the whole family loved it! I think they are better than regular french fries!!! It’s easy to make which is always a plus!!

    Yes are better then regular fries. Healthy, good way to eat yet another veggie. I loved them want to make again already!!

    This was the first recipe I have tried from here and I really chose a good one! The whole family loved these. My 5 year old daughter, who generally hates sweet potatoes went back for seconds.

    Wow! I wasn’t sure I would like these, but they tasted really good! Even my 8 year old nephew liked them. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, delicious!
