recipe ingredients
1 can fat free sweetened condensed milk
2 liter bottle diet Mountain Dew (or 6 cans)
16 oz can crushed pineapple in juice

recipe directions
Combine all ingredients and chill for two hours. Churn in ice cream maker according to manufacturers directions.

Variations:

*Substitute 2 cups pureed strawberries for pineapple.

*Use orange sode in place of Mountain Dew

    I thought this was very refreshing! It was slightly slushy, but sweet and light, and was a nice relief during this hot weather.

    this is a great homemade icecream recipe…we love it with diet sunkist and pineapple. You can also use a diet peach flavored drink and pureed peaches.

    My ice cream maker allows me to make 2 flavors at once, so I just made a half batch each of the Diet Mountain Dew/pineapple and Diet Cherry 7up and NSA fruit cocktail, crushed. Both are terriffic!
