Frozen Dessert Recipes
Frozen desserts can include ice creams, sorbets, sherbets, and more. Sorbets are smooth frozen ices made without milk or other dairy products. The beautiful, silky texture of a sorbet is at its best when freshly made and still soft. Sherbets are also ices, usually fruit-flavored and similar to Sorbets, but sherbets usually have more ingredients, such as milk, egg whites or gelatin.
Sorbet is an excellent dessert choice for dieters, as it is usually fat free and loaded with fruit.
