Lentil and Spinach Bake

recipe ingredients
1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
1 cup cooked lentils
1 can (14 oz) stewed tomatoes
1/2 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. Italian style breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. salt
few dashes of fresh cracked black pepper

recipe directions
Preheat oven to 350*F. Combine all ingredients and place in a small casserole dish which has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
