2/3 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp garlic chili paste
24 cooked, frozen jumbo shrimp, thawed
To make Shanghai Ketchup, combine hoisin sauce, orange juice and chili paste in a bowl. Stir to blend. Chill till ready to serve. Arrange shrimp on a platter and serve with bowl of Shanghai Ketchup.
