Jerk Chicken Chunks

1 1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. mace
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
recipe directions
Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Cut chicken breast meat into 2-inch chunks. Coat chicken with spice mixture. Cook on grill or broil until done.

This was easy to make, moist & full of flavor. I did not have any mace, so I doubled the nutmeg. I put the spices on the chicken about an hour before I grilled it. I will definitely make again.
Hmmm.. didnt like it at all. The cinnamon and nutmeg made the flavor too sweet…like eating dessert.
