How To Make Vegan Bread
2 cups sugar
3 1/2 cups white flour
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon nutmeg
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup water
2 bananas
2 1/2 cups pumpkin
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease lightly 2 pans. Set aside. Mix sugar, salt, flour, baking soda, nutmeg and cinnamon in a large container. Combine bananas, pumpkin, applesauce, water and oil in a smaller bowl. Mix the content of the two bowls and knead with hands. More water may be needed for moisture. Pour the resulting batter in the 2 pans and bake for 60 minutes.
Tips:
Use this banana bread for vegan cheese grilled sandwiches or with any other type of vegan food.
This type of bread is adequate to a vegan diet and does not contain any cholesterol. However, it is rich in sugars.

I think this recipe is marvelous, but I would suggest a little bit less sugar
You see, I’m diabetic with 3 children and a husband, I want food that is healthy and resourceful for all of us.
This bread used to taste very good when I wasn’t diabetic, but now, because of that, I need a recipe of bread that has less sugar so I don’t get high. Make this a healthier recipe.
