recipe ingredients
1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
4 ounces neufchatel cheese
1clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. old Bay Seafood seasoning
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 lb. crab meat, fresh or frozen
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

recipe directions
Place cottage cheese in a sieve lined with a double thickness of cheescloth and press with a spoon to remove as much moisture as possible. Transfer cottage cheese to blender and add neufchatel cheese; blend until smooth. Place cheese mixture in a saucepan and add garlic and seasonings. Heat over low heat for 2 or 3 minutes, stirring constantly until warm. Add crab meat and lemon juice and stir well.

    mmm good, add spinach chopped frozed and well drained and or artichoke hearts for a sweet change, also knor veggie soup mix w/ old bay seasoning affers a yet another taste variety..but omit any other seasoning additions if you do so.
