Herb Stuffed Tomatoes

recipe ingredients
15 cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup 1% lowfat cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
1 tsp. chopped fresh chervil or 1/4 tsp. dried chervil
1/2 tsp. chopped fresh dill or 1/8 tsp. dried dillweed
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper

recipe directions
Cut thin slice off bottom of each tomato. Scoop out pulp with small spoon, discarding pulp. Invert tomatoes on paper towels to drain. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl; stuff tomatoes with mixture. Serve at once or cover and refrigerate up to 8 hours.

    I made these because of the low point value. They were very good. My husband really liked them also and he doesn’t care about points!
