Ham and Cheese Drop Biscuits

recipe ingredients
1 1/2 cups ham, extra lean
2 cups flour
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon red pepper
1 cup skim milk

recipe directions
Coat a medium sized nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium high heat until hot. Add ham and saute 3 minutes. Combine ham, flour, cheese, baking powder and red pepper in a bowl. Add milk and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.

Drop batter by heaping tablespoons onto a baking sheet which has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 400* for 22 minutes.

    These were yummy…. I did end up adding just a teaspoon of dried onion to the mix and would definitely keep it in the recipt.
