This was delicious! I served it with the Mushroom Pilaf and Spinach Au Gratin (probably only needed one side, as the onions were awesome). This is better than my tried and true flank steak recipe I’ve been making for years. It’s a keeper!

Nancy is right! This entree was very delicious and I recommend it to anyone who loves steak… the onions were devine. Very good filling meal with low calories. Adding Mushroom Pilaf as a side was also a good match. The flavors went very well together. I just might use this recipe over and over again!!
