4oz low sodium soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 fingers fresh ginger, grated
2oz olive oil
1/4c brown sugar
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Combine all ingredients in a shallow glass pan OR a large ziploc bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for several hours, or overnight.
Cook chicken on grill according to manufacturers directions.
