Garden Coleslaw

recipe ingredients
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 1/2 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
2 1/2 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
1 small zucchini, cut into thin strips
1 small yellow squash, cut into thin strips
3 small carrots, cut into thin strips or shredded
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
recipe directions
Stir together sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in large serving bowl. Add vegetables and parsley; toss until well mixed.
