recipe ingredients
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1 1/2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1 Tbsp. 1% low fat milk
1 tsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups coffee flavored low fat frozen yogurt
20 chocolate wafers

recipe directions
Combine first 4 ingredients in a small heavy saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-low heat, stirring frequently with a whisk. Cook 2 minutes or until thick, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and stir in margarine and vanilla. Cover and chill thoroughly. Let frozen yogurt sit out until slightly softened. Spread 2 tablespoons of yogurt onto each of 10 wafers, then top each with about a teaspoon of the syrup mixture. Top with remaining wafers and press gently to make sandwiches. Place in freezer for at least one hour before serving.

This recipe sounds amazing. I love your website. All of your recipes sound like gourmet food and they are so healthy. I love it! I am definately suggesting that my Fitness Divas Weight Management Group try your recipes. They just look sinfully delicious. Please add more chocloate desserts. I love Chocolate Satin Pie, you know the Marie Clandar one for like eight bucks. Is there a low fat recipe for a Choclate Satin Pie that you all have? Thanks for all of the good for on your site.
