recipe ingredients
3/4 cup tomato juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar or wine vinegar
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme or 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper

recipe directions
Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth.

    I was apprehensive about this because I’ve never liked fresh French Dressing, but this was full of flavor. I can’t wait to try more home made dressings.
