2 cans (16 oz each) peach halves in juice, drained (12 halves)
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
12 sugar cubes
1 Tbsp. lemon extract
Arrange peaches, cut side up, on rack of broiler pan and sprinkle with nutmeg. Broil until heated, about 4 minutes. Transfer peaches to a serving platter. Place a sugar cube in the center of each peach half. Spoon 1/4 teaspoon of lemon extract over each cube. Ignite with a long match and serve immediately.
