Easy Herb Foccacia

recipe ingredients
1 (16 ounce) package hot roll mix
1 egg
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2/3 cup finely chopped red onion
1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
2 tsp. olive oil

recipe directions
Lightly grease two 9 inch round baking pans, a 15×10 baking pan, or a 14 inch pizza pan and set aside. Prepare hot roll mix according to package directions for basic dough, u sing the one egg and substituting the 2 tablespoons of oil for the margarine called for on the package. Knead dough and allow to rest as drected. If using the two round pans, divide dough in half. Roll dough out and place in pan(s).

Cook onion and rosemary in a skillet in the 2 teaspoons of oil until tender. Top dough evenly with onion mixture. Cover and let rise in a warm place until nearly double, about 30 minutes. Bake in a 375*F oven for 15 to 20 minutes

    Olive Garden eat your heart out. This recipe was WONDERFUL. I baked it in a 8 x 11 1/2 glass baking dish so had to bake it a little longer than the recipe called for. Other than that was a pretty easy recipe. I highly recommend it.
