Double Squash Pasta

recipe ingredients
6 ounces uncooked dried linguine
1/2 cup water
2 cups summer squash, halved and cut in 1/4 inch slices
2 cups zucchini squash, halved and cut in 1/4 inch slices
1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/4 cup reduced fat margarine
2 teaspoons dried dill weed
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

recipe directions
Cook linguine according to box directions and drain. In skillet bring 1/2 cup water to boil and add squash and zucchini. Cover and cook over medium heat until barely tender, 2-4 minutes. Drain of excess liquid and add margarine, dill weed, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cook another 1-2 minutes and remove from heat. Add linguine and tomatoes and mix gently.
