I really thought this would be a great recipe. It smelled fantastic while I was cooking it. However, the taste left a lot to be desired. The cream cheese got very grainy tasting, it wasn’t a smooth consistency at all. I think using a Low Fat Cream Cheese instead of a Fat Free would definitely help the consistency and the overall taste of this recipe. That will change the overall nutritional information, however it would be much better. I won’t be making this recipe again as my husband did not care for it either.

One of my picky teens favorite dishes. Ive tried it with the fat-free cream cheese and the 1/3 less fat cream cheese. The 1/3 less fat cheese does have a creamier texture. My husband will eat it, too, although he is a meat & potatoes kind of guy. I would rate it 8.5.

I thought it was great. I’m not a great cook so it was easy for me to make. I eat a lot of diet food so I’m used to the diet taste. It tasted great for the ammount of calories and fat.
