1/2 cup non-fat buttermilk
1/3 cup fat-free salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp fat-free parmesan cheese
2 tsp dried parsley flakes
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp dried onion flakes
1 tsp dill weed
Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl until well blended and creamy. Cover and chill at least 4 hours for flavors to mingle. Serve with salad greens.
