Crab and Bacon Cups

recipe ingredients
2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 oz. fresh crabmeat, drained and flaked
1/4 cup fat free sour cream
1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. chopped chives, fresh
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 pkgs (2.1 oz each) frozen miniature phyllo shells, thawed

recipe directions
Combine first 6 ingredients and spoon into shells to serve.

    These were absolutley horrible! I was so embarrased, as I made them for a large dinner group and actually wound up throwing them away, as they weren’t fit to eat!

    I’m so surprised to read the comment above! I serve those at every function I attend ~ AND they are requested all the time! We LOVE them here!

    PS – In my opinion the more crushed the crab is – the better they turn out!!!!
