1 (15-ounce) can Healthy Choice Chicken Corn Chowder Soup
1 (8 1/2-ounce) box corn muffin mix
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
2 large eggs
Wesson No Stick Cooking Spray
1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
In medium bowl, combine soup, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and eggs; mix well. Spread into 8×8-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 400°F for 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
