36 large shrimp, ready to cook
1 Tbsp. canola oil
1 or 2 tsp. pureed canned chipotle peppers
2 cloves garlic, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups orange juice
2/3 cup lime juice

recipe directions
Place shrimp in a shallow bowl. Combine oil, pureed chipotle peppers, garlic, salt and pepper. Add mixture to bowl and toss with shrimp to coat. Combine orange juice and lime juice and pour over the shrimp. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinade.

Remove shrimp from marinade and set aside. Heat marinade in a saucepan, bringing to a low boil and stirring for 5 minutes.

Prepare a grill rack and heat outdoor grill, or use a grill pan over medium heat. Grill shrimp until done, about 1 or 2 minutes on each side. Serve with sauce.

I wish I could say that this recipe came out good, because the ingrediants sounded good. My husband and I tried this tonight and it just did not turn out well. We followed the recipe exactly as written.
