This is so easy to make. I keep the ingredients handy and can whip it up for unexpected company in no time. I use egg whites in place of the egg substitute. I have had nothing but compliments when I serve this.

This was absolutely wonderful. I never though diet food could be so good. It was easy to make and we really enjoyed it. I’d give it a 10.

This recipe is awesome! It tastes great. My husband and I both like it and I am not a bread pudding fan. Now we know that we can have something delicious for dessert and still stick to our diet.

This was delicious. Full flavor and never had a diet recipe taste. I was even thinking of adding a thin layer of apples to the top and use the bread pudding as a crust.

Served this for Easter dinner. The pan was emptied quickly, hubby only got a taste of mine. Easy to make but company will never know it is low-fat. Had to give to recipe to 2 guests.

Absolutely wonderful! It doesn’t taste “diet” at all. I will serve this to all my guests.

This recipe is absolutely delicious! I have made traditional bread pudding, but my family prefers this one. My 13-year-old daughter requests it regularly!

I made this for my family and everyone loved it. I thought I bought the unsweetened apple sauce, but I picked up the mango peach instead and it added a sweet flavor to the pudding. You should fell free to add whatever flavor of apple sauce you have at the house.

This turned out pretty good. Although I forgot the caramel topping, it was still pretty good.

It was so so good! Very full tasting, and the perfect combo tastes. I made it for a brunch, and used light cream instead of the cool whip. I also used multigrain bread instead, it made it have a nutty flavor.
