Broccoli Salad

recipe ingredients
3 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup salted peanuts
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Mustard, honey
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
recipe directions
In large bowl, combine broccoli, carrots, raisins and peanuts. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey mustard and curry. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently, yet thoroughly to coat. Refrigerate covered until ready to serve.

I made this for a New Year’s Day get together with my family.I loved it,the honey mustard and the curry gave it a different flavor.I thought it was great!
