Broccoli, Cheese, and Rice Casserole

recipe ingredients
1 cup uncooked instant rice
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup fat-free milk
4 oz Velveeta Light cheese
2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
2 (10-oz) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 (10 3/4-oz) can condensed reduced-fat, cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

recipe directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and spoon into a 2 quart casserole. Bake for 45 minutes.

    I made this and it was great! I added some chopped up chicken and made it a complete meal! Everyone loved it! I will be making it again soon!
