Breakfast Tuna Melts

recipe ingredients
1 5-ounce jar Kraft cream cheese spread with olives and pimiento
1 6-1/2-ounce can tuna packed in water, drained
3 English muffins, split and toasted
6 slices tomato, halved

recipe directions
Combine 1/3 of the cheese spread with the tuna in a small mixing bowl. Spread the mixture over each of the split muffin halves. Broil about 4 inches from heat until heated through, about 3 minutes. Remove from oven.

Top each with tomato slices, then divide the remaining cheese spread evenly over each half. Return to broiler for a few minutes until cheese spread melts, about 1 minute.

    this is a wonderful recipe for a late sunday morning brunch. I shook some spanish paprika over the halves before serving. was just great
